Letter from the President

The Kenyon Association Condominium Inc. is a charming village of both new and longtime residents.  It comprises approximately 15 acres with 64 homes, a restaurant/marina, several private docks,  a coffee shop located at the site of a former fish and lobster market, two private roads (Beach Row and Percy Lane), a large beach on the ocean, a smaller beach on Point Judith harbor, and a central common lot for member parking, member boat trailers, and a recreational area. Truly a  “one of a kind”. As a community of homeowners who leased lots, the Association was fortunate to be able to acquire the property back in 1997 and establish this unique condominium. While it has grown and changed during the succeeding years, the desire to maintain it as a very special community has not changed.

It continues to be a great place to spend your time enjoying beaching, boating, fishing, dining at the local restaurants, venturing out to Block Island, spending time with family and friends, and just relaxing. Nothing is better than creating special memories.  Whenever things are “not perfect” such as  one of those rainy or stormy days, reflect on how blessed  we all are to live in such a wonderful place. Grab a coffee at Skip’s Café, dinner at Jim’s Dock or simply take a walk along the beach. I am glad you are here and to be your neighbor and friend.

Thank you for your continued support.
